Stan and Alex kept me busy for eight months straight! Full weeks and overtime. Subsidized training for employees in good standing. They really care about you as a person and making sure you have the skills and equipment before you walk on a job. TNL company is a great workplace. It’s the only company I know that provides training to their staff before sending them on the site. It’s very demandable so all staff always got work to do. Productive and fun workplace

True North is a good place to work. Yes, they are temporary agency, but assignments are long-term, pay is weekly and everyone in the office is amazing. They do practical test at an interview and then match you to jobs based on this. You can get training on weekend or after hours and get your construction tickets free. I strongly recommend this company.

I worked for Alex at his Company True North Labor, I worked at multiple sites while in his employment and never once had a problem with him or staff. Anytime I or other workers needed to get hold of him or other office staff, it was quick and they always responded helpfully. He is always willing to help and go the extra mile to help his workers. I got multiple skill tickets while working for TNL from the courses he put on which would not have been possible if it wasn’t for Alex helping. I am grateful to have worked there it was a good place to work.
